This morning I participated in the 2011 Special Olympics Beaver Stadium Run!

I was on a team with some other girls from Valley. Half of us walked, while the other half ran the 5k. Our team raised $945, and I personally raised $510! There were 1600 participants and the total amount raised was about $85,000! It was such a cool experience. We had a lot of fun! I am proud that we raised so much money for such a great cause. It’s always awesome when I can give back to my community!
